Founded in 1969, we own the ISO 9002 (1994) which was first certified among the Taiwan's detergent factories, and the following ISO 14001 (1997) . In 2003 and 2006, we launched the skincare products branded by "FORTE" and "Dr's Formula" to the market. Now there are more than 150 sku. Of these two brands selling in Taiwan. On the 2nd half of 2008, our prior goal is to renew production procedure and facility to meet the Cosmetic GMP guidelines, and it might help us to become the first GMP certificated cosmetic manufacturer in Taiwan. With severe supervision by our prominent R& D and QA / QC teams, state-of-the-art clinical testing by Chang Gung medical team, we guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our contracted skincare products will meet all aspects of needs from customers all over the world. Relevant to skincare products, we provide the (toner, cleanser, serum, lotion, cream, gel) raw materials, semi-product blending, and final product bottling for all kinds of OEM customers' needs.
